Description

The GE IC693CPU364 is a single-slot processor module for the Series 90-30 PLC, featuring a built-in Ethernet interface (EGD) and a 1 built-in serial port. It eliminates the need for a separate Ethernet module, saving a PLC slot and improving communication speed. The module supports up to 2048 input and output points, configurable register memory, and firmware-based floating-point math. It operates with a 25 MHz 80386EX processor and uses flash firmware with no EPROM or EEPROM. The module also includes an external transceiver option via the AAUI port.
