The Bently Nevada 990 Vibration Transmitter  is intended primarily for the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of centrifugal air compressors or small pumps, motors, or fans who prefer to

provide a simple 4 to 20 mA proportional vibration signal as the input to their machinery control system. The transmitter is a two-wire, loop-powered device that accepts input from

our Bently Nevada proximity probe and its matching extension cable (available in 5 m and 7 m system length options). 990-16-XX-01-CN

The transmitter conditions the signal into appropriate peakto-peak vibration amplitude engineering units, and provides this value as a proportional 4 to 20 mA industry-standard

signal as the input to the control system where machinery protection alarming and logic occurst. 990-16-XX-01-CN

  3500/42 Monitor Module

 The primary purpose of the 3500/42 monitor is to provide 1) machinery protection by continuously comparing current machine 

 vibration against configured alarm setpoints to drive alarms and, 2) essential machine vibration information to both operator and

 maintenance personnel. Alarm setpoints are configured using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software. Alarm setpoints can be 

 configured for each active proportional value and danger setpoints can be configured for two of the active proportional values.

The 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor incorporates numerous improvements over previous designs. Its physical packaging allows you to use it in high-density

 DINrail installations. You can also mount the sensor in a traditional panel mount configuration, where it shares an identical 4-hole mounting “footprint” with

 older Proximitor Sensor designs. The mounting base for either option provides electrical isolation and eliminates the need for separate isolator plates. 

The 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor is highly immune to radio frequency interference, allowing you to install it in fiberglass housings without adverse effects

 from nearby radio frequency signals.

 3500 Power Supply

 The 3500/15 Power Supply can be ordered for ac or dc input power, providing compatibility with voltage sources worldwide. Line noise filters are standard. The 3500   Rack can operate from a single supply, or dual supplies can be used to provide redundancy for situations that cannot tolerate power interruption. Dual supplies   reside in the upper and lower positions of the left rack slot. Redundant supplies can use separate voltage sources. For example, the primary (lower) supply   can  operate with 120 Vac power while the backup (upper) supply can be powered from an uninterruptible 24 Vdc source. Each supply can individually provide   power to the entire rack and its modules.

1900/65A 

The 1900/65A General Purpose Equipment Monitor is designed to continuously monitor and protect equipment that is used in a variety of applications and industries. 

The monitor’s low cost makes it an ideal solution for generalpurpose machines and processes that can benefit from continuous monitoring and protection. Inputs The 

1900/65A provides four transducer inputs and four temperature inputs. Software can configure each transducer input to support 2- and 3-wire accelerometers, velocity 

sensors or proximity sensors. Each temperature input supports Type E, J, K, and T thermocouples, and 2- or 3-wire RTDs. Outputs The 1900/65A provides six relay outputs,

 four 4-20 mA recorder outputs, and a dedicated buffered output.
