  • The Bently Nevada 990-05-XX-01-CN Vibration Transmitter is ideal for precise vibration measurement, offering a 4-20 mA signal output. The device includes a power-up inhibit function, where the output stays below 3.6 mA for 2-3 seconds upon power application, signaling that the device is not yet ready for operation. This model is compatible with ungrounded portable test equipment and, when using grounded AC-powered test equipment, requires a 122115-01 Test Adapter for signal isolation.


  • It has an incremental scale factor of 7.87 mV/µm (200 mV/mil), with a linear range starting at 0.25 mm (10 mils) and a maximum of 1.4 mm (55 mils) from the target surface. The typical noise level is 50 mV/pp, ensuring reliable and stable data. The transmitter operates within a temperature range of 0°C to +70°C (+32°F to +158°F), providing consistent performance in demanding industrial environments for vibration monitoring and fault detection.
