The 990-04-XX-01-00 Bently Nevada Vibration Transmitter is designed for OEMs of centrifugal air compressors, small pumps, motors, or fans, offering a simple 4 to 20 mA proportional vibration signal for control systems. It is a loop-powered, two-wire device that interfaces with the 3300 NSv proximity probe to condition the signal into appropriate peak-to-peak vibration amplitude engineering units. This provides a proportional 4 to 20 mA signal for machinery protection and alarming systems.
Key features include an integrated proximitor sensor, non-isolated terminals for diagnostic outputs, and zero/span potentiometers for easy loop adjustments. It also features a test input pin for signal verification, a Not OK/Signal Defeat circuit to prevent false alarms, and mounting options such as DIN-rail clips or bulkhead screws for easy installation.
