Bently Nevada 3500/42E Description
The 3500/42E Vibration Monitor is a versatile 4-channel device designed to process input from proximity and seismic transducers. It conditions these signals to provide detailed vibration and position measurements and compares them against user-set alarms.
Each channel of the 3500/42E can be customized using the 3500 Rack Configuration Software to perform various functions, including:
Radial Vibration: Measures vibrations perpendicular to the shaft.
Thrust Position: Monitors axial movement or position.
Differential Expansion: Tracks the expansion difference between components.
Shaft Absolute: Measures the absolute displacement of the shaft.
Eccentricity: Detects the offset of the shaft from its centerline.
Acceleration: Measures the rate of change of velocity.
