Matched System Configuration: Requires a 330906 Extension Cable and a 330980 3300 XL NSv Proximitor Sensor configured for either a 5.0-meter system (using a 4.0m cable) or a 7.0-meter system (using a 6.0m cable) to ensure the BENTLY NEVADA Proximity Probe probe remains calibrated.

Mechanical Installation: Thread the BENTLY NEVADA Proximity Probe into a mounting hole with at least 9.5 mm (0.375 in) clearance to avoid side-view interference, then tighten the locknut to 5.3 N·m (47 in·lb).

Electrical Connection: Click the BENTLY NEVADA Proximity Probe and extension cable connectors together, slide the silicone connector protector sleeve over the joint, and wire the Proximitor terminals to the monitor rack (VT to -24Vdc, OUT to Signal, COM to Ground).

Gap Setting (DC Voltage): Adjust the physical gap by threading the BENTLY NEVADA Proximity Probe toward the shaft until a multimeter reads -10.0 Vdc at the Proximitor output, which marks the exact center of the linear range.
