Removal and Insertion: The KJ3202X1-BA1 12P2536X082 Emerson Output Module is a high-performance automation component designed for precise signal control and reliable operation in industrial environments. It ensures seamless communication within Emerson control systems, enhancing efficiency and stability.For safe operation, field power must be removed before connecting or disconnecting the module. However, the unit may be inserted or removed while system power is energized, provided that:Only one unit is removed at a time.It operates with the KJ1501X1-BC1 System Dual DC/DC Power Supply using 24 VDC or 12 VDC input power.The primary circuit wiring inductance for input power is less than 23 µH, or a certified supply with Ui of 12.6 VDC and Lo under 23 µH is used.Non-sparking field circuits must be de-energized before removal or insertion.Terminal block fuses cannot be removed with field power energized in non-sparking circuits.
