Application
DC Drive Control Systems: This is a very common application. In many DC drive systems, feedback signals such as armature voltage, current, or motor speed (from a tachogenerator) might not directly match the input range required by the drive's control board or a PLC's analog input.
Process Control Signal Conditioning: In various industrial processes, sensors might output non-standard voltage or current ranges. The scaling card can convert these into standard 0-10V, 4-20mA, or other ranges required by PLCs, DCSs (Distributed Control Systems), or other control instrumentation.
